the f.i.t.t. principle of exercise is the basis of any workout plan. fiit stands for frequency, intensity, time and type.these principles are used to increase the amount of work the body does, in order to achieve overload. the frequency principle denotes planning how often to train. intensity denotes how hard you work during exercise. time is the element of the werkout plan that denotes how long you exercise during each session and type denotes the method(s) of training chosen to achieve a person goals.
