False, but it'll protect your head some Even though may not be critically injured, you'll still feel major pain

This is false. If someone were to fall on their head will nothing protecting it, more then likely, they are going to end up on an ambulance. This could still happen wearing a helmet, but it is just good to have the extra protection.
