Vitamin K is a blood-clotting vitamin, or a vitamin responsible for blood clots. This basically means that, without vitamins like Vitamin K there, your nose would never stop bleeding and scabs for your scrapes and/or cuts wouldn't form either. Vitamin K deficiency may cause frequent nosebleeds.

Due to Vitamin K being a blood-clotting vitamin that already has a relationship with your blood, I believe a deficiency in vitamin K may lead to bleeding problems, the same way a lack of it can cause nosebleeds often.
