It  can   involve parasites or other health risks for your pet. basically, any change in  dog   stools is a red flag, especially  if   the feces is dark, black or tar-like. note:   dogs pooping blood   in any color of feces other than brown  means   there  can   be digested  blood located somewhere in the  dog's   gastrointestinal tract.
