PASSIVE stretching  its when you use an outside force besides your own muscle to move a joint or limb past its ACTIVE range of motion, to put your body in a position that you couldnt do by yourself.

i think itś the 2nd one because its not anything major like having sex. its putting limits to your self if that makes sense.
