Where do nutrients and oxygen diffuse into body cells from

Oxygen diffuses by "Alveoli" to every other cell in the body, as it transports the gases (CO2 & O2). The nutrients and oxygen diffuses through the cell membrane of the cell, it is outer covering, through which products and information goes under a cell.
