i think its urethra, its where guys pee and where obviously sperm comes out, otherwise it wouldn't be able to come out, so sadly it has to come out there pee hole haha, same thing with girls, we pee out the urethra and bleed out the urethra, kinda nasty don't ya think? hoped i helped some how
