You didn't really clarify this question that well, but i will try to answer it the best i can! adults need more energy if the have a job because if they start slacking, they may get fired. but teens need a lot of energy because of school. sometimes teens get really stressed out if they cant complete their schoolwork properly because the teacher will get mad. and teens get stressed out if their teacher gets mad because then their parents most likely will say that you cant hang out with friends or go to parties. i hope i answered your question
