List the signs and symptoms of physical abuse

Some physical signs might be, explainable injuries (bruises, broken broken bones, burns, etc), untreated medical problems, missing teeth, sprains, abrasions, eye injuries.

Some behavioral signs could be, depression, fear of a person, nightmares, suddenly fears being touched, and sudden regression to childlike behaviors.

Symptoms of physical abuse can consist of, dehydration, poor hygiene, poor grooming, infestations (fleas, lice, etc), weight loss/undernourishment, and poor skin condition.

People who utilizes the progression principle will ensure their exercise program increases in frequency, intensity, time, and type. the changes need to happen gradually in order to ensure they make gains in their fitness program. a person who doesn't utilize the progression principle can still gain health benefits from exercising, but will not continue to improve in cardiovascular fitness.
