Regular exercise helps prevent or manage a wide range of health problems , including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, a number of types of cancer, arthritis and falls, high blood pressure, heart disease, and many more.

3) Improves Mood and Boosts Energy
Physical activity can help stimulate various brain chemicals that can make you feel happier and more relaxed. Exercising can also make you feel better about your appearance and yourself which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Regularly exercising can strengthen your muscles and improve your endurance. Exercise brings oxygen and nutrients to your tissues- this can help improve your cardiovascular system. If your lungs and heart are healthy, you're more likely going to have more energy to do more things.
