Describe the major differences between a person with good wellness and one heading toward premature death

People with a good wellness maintain a balance between their mental and physical health. These people often have safe and beneficial behaviors, and worry about their quality of life on a daily basis and avoid things that may prevent that quality from being established effectively. On the other hand, a person who does not maintain this balance usually cultivates destructive behaviors and engages in risky situations that do not result in quality for his life and end up dying prematurely.

i think life is life. many could argue that life is ‘nice’ or ‘fun’ but in the end, it is immaterial and will end. nihilism is my philosophy. nothing matters in the end so why make an effort?
