1- lockdown.
2- tell people to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth.
3- tell people to stay six feet apart from others.

in my opinion they’re all effective but i think doing a lockdown is way more effective than others. staying in ur house can prevent you from getting a disease or spreading it
