here i go again messing around wth things that i end up helping but ts best to try i guess,

u cant think about bad things all the time, because even if u think the whole day is bad theres at least one thing during the day that u liked. also maybe thats not the case maybe u feel like u cant do it anymore, and i cant tell you im the same bc im not everyones different, but what i always do when i feel down is think about the good things that happened in the past the present and future, for example think of something u did when u were little that made u happy then think of something that made you happy this year and think about something that youre going to strive at to make u happy in the future and heck you dont have to take my  advice becasue sometimes it wont work but theres no harm in trying, hope u do better peace
