Gail Brown is a 68 year old female. She is a retired farmer who lives at home alone with her dog. She experienced a minor fall (~3 months ago) after tripping over her dog and landed on an outstretched right hand, leading to wrist pain. She saw her family doctor regarding her wrist, but also complained of some recent trouble with balance and a small hand tremor. She received a referral for physiotherapy to perform a falls risk assessment, maintain her functional status, and address her concerns regarding the condition.​

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
