I agree with the statement that fitness is an important part of life inside and outside of the school building because fitness helps in different aspects of life, fitness has an impact on body image and that has an impact on mental health.

Fitness is an important part of life because when you're fit, your chances of living longer are increased by a lot. Fitness affects the relationships people have, if one person is fit and the other isn't, they can't do things like run or jog together. Fitness also helps relieve stress and other mental burdens.
