He states that when he goes for his morning jog, his legs feel weak and tired. He is having problems with simple tasks that require manual movement such as writing and unlocking doors. Upon examination, the health care provider observes some atrophy of the muscles of Nico's legs, forearms, and hands. He also observes Nico is having a slight problem with his speech.

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
