Alcoholics Anonymous (AKA AA) is for alcoholics (as well as Alcoholics who do drugs) to get help in a group setting so that they don't feel alone while recovering

Al-Anon is for people who live with an alcoholic (or an alcoholic who lives with a fellow alcoholic and both, or one, is in recovery)

think about good qualities you have and jot them down so can go back when you're feeling down about yourself.
