In your own words define eating in moderation

Eating in Moderation is you eat as much as your body needs you don't need to eat way over you body's limits and not way less.

Explanation:

When you eat way over your body's limit it can result in weight gain which can cause many problems and the the oppiistite when you eat no or little food you can have no energy and feel tired all the time and you body may lack many nutreients.

it's a nutrition food for pregnant mothers so they unborn child can get its nutrition that it needs to grow in to a healthy baby.
