How many times can you step out the circle to throw the discus

Im pretty sure none bc im in track and i dont do shot put or discus but i watch them when im not doing anything and i never see them get out of the circle.

Explanation:

when you rub, you also apply pressure, that pressure can urge the poop to come out. i think that when your rubbing, you also might be slightly breaking it up and that can further fill the stomach.
