In my opinion, I would say its good for children because when they are young their muslce get stronger while they are continueing to grow up, I did wrestling and I'm a girl so people would worry about my partner would breaking my hand or i would have some kind of injure since I'm a girl, people thought of me as a weak girl that just wanted attention from the boys and other people but what they didnt know was I did wrestling from when I was 4 years old and now my muslce is really strong and so in my experiance last year I won 1st place championship, when i was in my match my partner tried to break my arm I cried but didn't give up, I was hurt the fact that I about to lose would say if your children wants to play some kind of sport lets them play, they will get hurt but that's what will make them stronger emotionally and physically.
