If someone is feeling sick but dizzy how would you help

How I would help is I would get them to sit or lay down. This would prevent them from falling over and possibly getting a concussion or knocking themselves out I guess. Also, they might be low on iron so they would probably need to eat something. They might even need to be put by a toilet, bucket, or even the grass outside just in case if they do get sick and vomit.
