Well we should always eat in order. That order should be balanced. Here is why. Say for breakfast you have a piece of bacon and toast. Well yeah you have some grains and some meat, but that is not really balanced. You need grains, dairy, fruit and more. Yeah bacon is meat, but since it has so much extra fat and oil it is a extra food. A complete breakfast is Eggs with some toast and a glass of milk. You have three out of 5 instead of 2 and one extra food.
