Digestion of beaten rice, meat is slower
than digestion of glucose, fruits, why?

Whereas protein takes the longest to digest, the more simple carbohydrates we consume, the less time they take in digestion. Beaten rice is carbohydrate too but consists of complex forms of that. Therefore the digestion of these is slower than the digestion of the glucose fruits
