Many people doubt about what they look like and compare themselves to others. Sometimes, people might not have the body shape or appearance they were hoping to have. Especially seeing someone "more pretty" or "more handsome" than you. This can negatively affect someone's self esteem and confidence. The thought of being "ugly" or "not pretty enough" can bring people down. They may think bad about themselves and not want to take care of themselves mentally and physically.
