it is crule and they want to abort babies but take away the death row, BIT* H those people have murdered so many and babies have done nothing and yet they still wanna kill the inocent one

usually it's their fault that they got the baby, but in rare cases it's due to [traumatizing incidents], and that's when abortion can be used. If it's the mother's fault then so be it.

age might have something to do with behavior depending on the age because not everyone who is the same age acts the same like 2 year olds could have bad behavior but some won't.
