From personal experience, you can’t treat your body badly then expect it to work well. My diet was very bad for a while, now I have a vitamin deficiency in vitamins A-E, have acquired several injuries, and now my body can’t heal itself because it doesn’t have the resources to do so. If you have good nutritional habits now, you can help your body stay strong, heal wounds, and allow it to build a stronger structure for the future.
