Definition: Managing to act on impulse, rather than thought.  

To me, I think this means that you control your actions that you do without thinking or doing with thinking.  

Example (sentence): When eating food, sometimes I just want to much of something and probably more than need. Like soda or candy, like most people, we can't control ourselves and eat too much of something that we really don't need.
