Somebody give me ideas and help

make its in three paragraphs so that it will look nice and attractive then at first paragarph write about what is health , and give some description about it

then in middle paragraph write importance of being healthy and effect or thing that can be caused to unhealthy person . explain what disease are you scared of and why are you sacred of such disease. write about the damage that disease might caused to you .

after explaining this all at last paragaraph write about the thing that u can enjoy being healthly and you cant enjoy due to health problem . and at last sentences say , this all thing is important to me about my health.
