Emotional healing is pretty much digging deep within yourself to find out what is really hurting you. Using this, you can resolve the emotional damage fully and not just understand what's bothering you. With emotional healing, past experiences that may have caused trauma will be resolved and you won't be thinking about it as much anymore; it'll take away the traumatic control of the past.
