What is WeFeed The People?

We Feed Our People (WFOP) is an All Volunteer organization. Their support comes from you, the caring organizations, churches and individuals that make up this coalition. They count on you to help them continue this work.

They provide a nutritious meal and warm clothing for members of our community, in and around the Nation's Capital, as a way to keep the work of a great hero alive.

the more fit you are, the faster the recovery. your heart rate drops most sharply in the first minute after you stop exercising; it should then fall about 20 beats a minute—a drop of less than 12 beats a minute is considered abnormal. this “recovery heart rate” is measured as part of an exercise stress test.
