Do you believe that people are usually treated as in they are innocent until proven guilty? Explain your position.

I believe people are treated guilty intel innocent and i believe that because if you're placed into a prison awaiting trial,  for a crime you didn't commit most likely people are going to treat you as you did that crime because nobody knows that you did not actually do that crime.
