Why do toddlers have difficulty concentrating on one thing at a time

when they see another item the catches their interest they more likely to not pay attention to what they were doing it how i toddlers brain works it basically forgets what happened

teens need 8-10 hours of sleep. it kind of depends on what time you get up. but prob around 10 or 11 p.m. or 11 or 11: 30 p.m.
