1. Exercising reduces risk of heart disease. By exercising (specifically aerobic exercises) , you are strengthening your heart muscles which helps your heart pump blood to your body.

2. Exercising helps you sleep better and reduces insomnia. If you don't get enough sleep your immune system will become weaker, and you will also be at risk to cancer and other diseases.

3. Exercising helps with weight management, whether you are trying to gain or lose weight.
