First i would explain my feelings toward her skipping meals, and explain to her how that could be ruining her body instead of losing weight in a more healthy way. I think Malorie needs to start off listing the things she eats and drinks on the daily, and see what she can cut off of her meal plan. Then, I would suggest to make some of her favorite dinners into a more healthier option. If she really likes pizza, i would suggest making it homemade. Or finding another option to replace that food.
