A 58-year-old male is experiencing sudden weakness of the fingers of his left hand and weakness in his left leg. He has also been experiencing headaches for the last six weeks. His headaches are described as dull and aching. His wife says that he has been moody lately and “not himself”. He has had a difficult time paying attention at work. He has no significant past medical history, has been healthy his whole life, and takes no medications.
