Can someone who doesnt have the body of what they identify as be considered as transgender? For example, I have a body of a female and I look like a female yet I identify myself as a male.

Like I thought being transgender meant changing your gender by doing surgery, someone please educate me on this because I wanna be as respect as possible.

Just because you have a certain body type doesn't mean that you are not who you identify as. Even if you have a more feminine body, you can still identify as a male. Surgery is not what makes you transgender. Hope my explanation helped
