How would you describe the components of fitness and how they relate to fitness testing?

1. Flexibility - is the range of motion around a joint
2. Body Composition - is the ratio of muscle, to fat, to bone
(That's what my health teacher said last year)
3. Muscular Endurance - the ability of the continuing to do something for a long period of time without stopping
4. Muscular Strength - the ability of the muscle to exert force during an activity
5. Cardio-Respiratory Endurance(Cardio-Respiratory Fitness) - is the ability of the body's circulatory and respiratory systems to supply fuel during an physical activity

The five components of physical fitness are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition, 

cardio endurance is how much you can run jog etc. before you get tired
muscular strength is how much you can lift up  or work out with
muscular endurance is how long you can use weights
flexibility would be stretching
and body comp is based on your body
