Your lungs were once damaged from the smoke, and over time they will clear up. Your mental health will also improve. Depression and anxiety can come from the addiction of tobacco. Also, relationships might get better without the addiction with tobacco. Your body and mind will feel and see these changes for the first few days, but over time you will see how much better you'll feel.
