Knowing somebody with a mental health disorder can change your point of view on the disorder itself. It's a real struggle, not just what people portray on television or social networks. If everyone knew someone with a mental health disorder, there could be a lot more peace and a lot less judging. These are real things, people. Not just something you say to get attention. It also isn't something to joke around about. People every year struggle with mental issues, and sometimes it can lead to very serious things like s*icide. Don't take things lightly. Almost everyone has some sort of mental health issue, and they may be really struggling. So look out for anyone and everyone, because people are fragile.
