How do I help treat this (Serious) Ok, so earlier I was trying to move those chairs you can take apart and when I pushed it down, the thing that connects to the other thing to keep it down smashed on my toe and it was stuck like that for a bit. Once I got the chair off, I have been in constant pain, and anything touching it made it hurt like I rammed it into a corner of a wall. Right now, it still hurts and the picture shows what it looks like. If you guys can help, that would be great

Note: Anything touching it makes it heart, so ice wouldn't help.
