I am so sorry for your situation. I would try doing yoga relaxing and doing things you love. If you are a legal adult (Over 18) and not a minor anymore then you can leave your problems behind you, if you are a minor call child protected sevices to talk to a certified child lawyer/attendent. You can also talk to your schools counsilor.
