When I have kids, I would allow them to eat fast foods. I wouldn't allow them to eat it every day though. Every so often , I'd allow it. Of course when I cook at home I'll incorporate vegetables and healthier meals. I'll encourage my kids to eat fruits more than candy. But I know it's hard staying away from sweets. I wouldn't force them to be on a strict diet. At the end of the day they are kids and kids love candy. I need someone reply with this person for me
