For restaurant kitchens their made for making bulks of food or storage. More than one individual is usually using restaurant kitchens at a time so their are duplicated items, several sinks, several stoves. It’s also usually much bigger and appliances are made of stainless steel, rather than home appliances that are decorated or made of different materials.
