hey. im depressed and i hate how i look.. its important to be kind.. telling someone they r beautiful is very nice but that wont change how they feel abt themselvs.. telling them that their heart is beautiful.. thats wht makes a difference

but if your situation is very bad, then you can find happiness by thinking about your past that has full of happiness.

or you should do meditation for some time to get rid off from that bad situation.
