Exercise: every two days. I take one day off.

Breath clean air: Twice a week. Saturday and Sunday. During the week I live in the city because I have to go to campus and there is a lot of traffic and most of the week there is pollution in the air.

Chat with friends: daily, all the time. I like to be connected as much as possible.

Biking: not so much. I'd rather go jogging at night. It is less polluted by night, and many people like to run in the park under the moon.
