I’m not studying health or anything, but here are some reasons I know people need vitamin supplements.
#1, they lack some vitamin. Personally, I lack Vitamin D, so I’m prescribed to take a vitamin for that.
#2, it supports those with weak bodies. Most seniors take vitamins for bone strength, because.. well, they’re elderly.
#3, making up for allergies or dietary restrictions. You might be vegan and that can take away a lot of protein or grains. Eating a vitamin supplement will help you get those vitamins that your body need. Also, you might be allergic to some things.
