1. What are some healthy behaviors that apply to your life right now ? currently i am eating healthier and doing 30 minuets of exercise every day.

2.  List two healthy behaviors that you think will apply to your life when you have reached adulthood? i think that i will be going to the gym every day and i will cook homemade healthy meals for myself.

3.  List two healthy behaviors that apply to your life now and also apply to your life in later years ? i like to read every night and i don't watch a lot of tv so i hope i can continue that

4.  What advantage is there to practicing these behaviors now? there is an advantage to me reading and not watching a lot of tv right now because reading can help grow your brain and too much tv is bad for you.

5.  Which of the behaviors that you listed in the previous question could you start practicing right now? I could start making homemade dinners more often.

6. Choose one healthy behavior and make a list of actions that you can take now to practice it? Cooking dinner some nights:

1. take some time out of my day to research healthy foods

2. get ingredients

3. test out recipes that work for me
