Explain the meaning of planning

well, i may not be a genuis but here's my definition on planning. to me planning is something you do to organize certain things such as events or certain things you need to do. planning can help prevent stress and that way you won't forget things snce we tend to remember more if we write things down.

when you rub, you also apply pressure, that pressure can urge the poop to come out. i think that when your rubbing, you also might be slightly breaking it up and that can further fill the stomach.
