Have you ever seen a commercial for a new toothpaste that 9/10 dentists recommend? Commercials are part of the media. These commercials are designed for you to say, "Wow! that toothpaste must be pretty amazing!". This has an effect on our wellness, positive or negative.

On social media, have you ever seen a strong, muscly bodybuilder raving about that workout power that is apparently designed to "make you have 6 pack abs in two days"? This can make you buy that product and most likely than not, have a greatly negative effect on your wellness.
