The slow0twitch muscles are more beneficial than fast-twitch muscles because if your heart and lungs move too fast, it can cause serious problems. But if your heart and lungs move too slow, that isnt good either. But just to clarify, your heart or lungs moving too fast can cause problems. Hope this helps.
